This CNC-machined aluminum adapter allows owners of K24-equipped vehicles to install higher-flowing K20-style intake manifolds directly onto K24 cylinder heads. The silver anodized plate includes a built-in coolant recirculation fitting and high-strength mounting hardware to simplify the cooling system modifications required for this performance engine swap.

Instructions:

1. Clean the surface of the cylinder head where the coolant passage is located before beginning installation.
2. Align the silver adapter plate with the corresponding coolant port on the head, ensuring the pre-installed black O-ring is seated properly in its groove.
3. Secure the plate to the head using the two provided silver Allen-head bolts.
4. Attach your coolant recirculation hose to the integrated silver barb fitting and secure it with a high-quality hose clamp.
5. Verify that the top mounting tab with the circular eyelet is properly positioned for any additional bracket support needed for your specific manifold setup.

Precaution:

Apply a light coat of lubricant to the O-ring during installation to prevent pinching, which could lead to pressurized coolant leaks once the engine reaches operating temperature.
