This high-flow AN6 fuel shut off valve is precision CNC-machined from lightweight 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a sleek black anodized finish for superior corrosion resistance. Featuring standard 6AN male fittings on both ends, it allows for quick and reliable fuel flow control in performance racing and custom fuel systems. The valve is designed with a high-visibility “FLOW” indicator and a manual lever handle, providing an easy way to isolate fuel lines for maintenance or safety purposes.

Instructions:

1. Identify the correct position in your fuel system for the valve, ensuring there is enough clearance to operate the manual lever.
2. Note the “FLOW” arrow engraved on the side of the black valve body and align it with the direction of your fuel travel.
3. Thread your existing AN6 female hose fittings onto the male ends of the valve by hand to prevent cross-threading.
4. Use an AN wrench to tighten the connections securely, ensuring the hex-shaped ends of the valve body are held stable during the process.
5. Test the valve by rotating the lever 90 degrees to ensure it moves smoothly and stops the fuel flow completely without leaking.

Precaution:

Never install the valve against the designated flow direction and check all fittings for leaks under pressure before starting the engine.
