PQY Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator with Gauge – AN8 Feed & AN6 Return – Blue

Description

This CNC-machined billet aluminum fuel pressure regulator is designed for high-performance EFI systems to maintain stable fuel rail pressure. The kit features a blue anodized finish, a 0–160 PSI mechanical gauge, and includes AN8 and AN6 fittings along with an AN10 end plug for versatile fuel system integration.

Instructions:

1. Mount the regulator to a secure engine bay location using the pre-installed stainless steel mounting bracket.
2. Install the AN8 fittings into the side inlet ports and the AN6 fitting into the bottom return port.
3. Thread the pressure gauge into the front 1/8 NPT port and the vacuum/boost reference line to the silver side nipple.
4. Use the provided black AN10 plug to seal any unused side inlet port if running a single-feed setup.
5. Adjust the top stud to your desired base pressure while the engine is running, then secure the setting with the locking nut.

Precaution:

Use fuel-safe thread sealant on the NPT gauge port and perform a thorough leak test under pressure before driving.
