Instructions:

1. Identify a straight section of the 2.5-inch exhaust pipe before the muffler and weld the Y-pipe assembly securely into place.
2. Connect the wiring harness to the electric motor on the valve assembly and route the cables into the vehicle cabin, away from high-heat areas.
3. Plug the 12V power adapter into the vehicle’s cigarette lighter or a dedicated 12V power source.
4. Connect the wiring harness to the black control box and ensure all connections are tight and moisture-protected.
5. Use the wireless remote key fob to test the open and closed positions of the dual flaps before your first drive.
