This high-performance silicone radiator hose is engineered for Honda vehicles undergoing a K20 or K24 engine swap. Constructed from multi-layer reinforced silicone with a heat-resistant yellow inner lining, this hose provides superior durability and pressure resistance compared to standard rubber. Its custom-molded shape ensures a perfect fit for coolant routing in cramped K-swap engine bays.

Instructions:

1. Drain the engine coolant into a suitable container before beginning the installation.
2. Remove the old or temporary radiator hose by loosening the existing clamps.
3. Slide new hose clamps onto the ends of the black PQY silicone hose.
4. Push the hose ends firmly onto the radiator and engine coolant outlets, ensuring the PQY logo is visible and the hose is not kinked.
5. Tighten the clamps securely and refill the cooling system, checking for leaks once the engine reaches operating temperature.

Precaution:

Only install when the engine is completely cool to avoid serious burns from pressurized coolant.
