PQY Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator with Gauge – AN10 Feed & AN6 Return – Black

Description

This CNC-machined billet aluminum fuel pressure regulator is designed for high-performance fuel systems, supporting up to 1000 HP. The kit features a black anodized finish, an integrated 1/8 NPT port for the included 160 PSI pressure gauge, and a vacuum/boost reference port to ensure consistent fuel delivery under varying load conditions.

Instructions:

1. Mount the regulator securely in the engine bay using the attached stainless steel bracket and bolts.
2. Install the large AN10 fittings into the side inlet ports for fuel feed and the AN6 fitting into the bottom port for the return line.
3. Apply thread sealant to the pressure gauge threads and screw it into the front 1/8 NPT port until snug and readable.
4. Connect a vacuum line from your intake manifold to the small silver nipple on the side of the regulator.
5. Loosen the top jam nut and turn the adjustment stud to set your desired base pressure while the engine is idling, then tighten the nut to lock the setting.

Precaution:

Always check all fittings for leaks while the fuel system is primed before starting the engine to prevent fire hazards.
