Description

This universal 1.5L oil catch tank is engineered to filter oil vapor and protect your intake system from carbon buildup. Constructed from high-quality black aluminum, it features an internal baffle, two NPT ports, and a bottom-mounted manual drain valve for easy maintenance.

Instructions:

1. Identify a secure mounting location in the engine bay and attach the tank using the provided bracket and silver screws.
2. Install the two black barbed fittings into the ports labeled “IN” and “OUT”.
3. Run a hose from your engine’s PCV or CCV vent to the “IN” port and another hose from the “OUT” port to the intake.
4. Thread the red-handled drain valve into the bottom of the tank to allow for easy removal of collected fluids.
5. Ensure all O-rings are properly seated and tighten the fittings to prevent vacuum leaks.

Precaution:

Regularly monitor the fluid level and open the drain valve to empty the tank, as an overfilled reservoir can cause oil to be sucked back into the engine.
