Description

This universal 19-row oil cooler is crafted from high-grade aluminum alloy to maximize heat dissipation for engine or transmission oil. Featuring a durable black finish and a stacked-plate design, the kit includes AN10 main ports along with 6AN and 8AN adapters for versatile installation in high-performance or racing vehicles.

Instructions:

1. Select an mounting location with high airflow, such as in front of the radiator or behind the front bumper.
2. Secure the oil cooler to the vehicle chassis using the integrated mounting brackets on either side of the core.
3. Choose the appropriate 6AN or 8AN adapters if your lines do not match the native AN10 fittings.
4. Lubricate the threads and O-rings, then thread the fittings into the top ports of the cooler and tighten firmly with an AN wrench.
5. Connect your oil feed and return lines, start the engine, and inspect all connections for leaks as the system reaches operating pressure.

Precaution:

Ensure the cooler is mounted away from moving parts or extreme heat sources and verify that the added oil volume is accounted for during the next fluid check.
