PQY 70MM Performance Intake Manifold Throttle Body Kit – Compatible with Honda B/D/H/F Series

Description

This high-performance 70MM throttle body kit is engineered as a direct-fit upgrade for Honda B, D, H, and F series engines. The comprehensive kit includes a CNC-machined aluminum throttle body, high-accuracy TPS and MAP sensors, gaskets, and all necessary mounting hardware. By increasing the intake diameter to 70MM, this kit allows for significantly higher airflow into the intake manifold, resulting in improved throttle response and increased horsepower for tuned or naturally aspirated builds.

Instructions:

1. Remove the factory intake piping and disconnect the electrical connectors from the original TPS and MAP sensors.
2. Unbolt the stock throttle body and thoroughly clean the intake manifold mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal.
3. Install the new TPS and MAP sensors onto the 70MM throttle body using the provided small mounting screws.
4. Place the new gasket onto the intake manifold flange and secure the throttle body using the included long-reach hex bolts.
5. Reconnect the sensor wiring harnesses and the throttle cable, then perform a manual test to ensure the butterfly valve opens and closes smoothly.

Precaution:

Verify that the throttle plate returns fully to the idle position without sticking and perform an ECU idle relearn procedure to ensure stable engine performance.
