Description

This heavy-duty iron conversion kit allows for the installation of a Small Block Chevy (SBC) 350 V8 engine into 1983–2005 Chevy S10 and GMC S15 chassis. The set includes black powder-coated frame adapter plates, motor mounts, and high-tensile hardware designed to provide the necessary clearance and strength for high-horsepower engine swaps.

Instructions:

1. Bolt the flat black adapter plates to the engine crossmember using the slotted mounting holes for precise engine positioning.
2. Attach the tubular motor mounts to the engine block of your Small Block Chevy V8.
3. Lower the engine into the bay, aligning the tubular mount eyes with the vertical tabs on the frame adapter plates.
4. Slide the long hex-head grade-8 bolts through the aligned mounts and secure them with the provided washers and nuts.
5. Tighten all hardware to factory torque specifications to ensure the engine is fully stabilized within the engine bay.

Precaution:

Verify firewall and oil pan clearance before final tightening, as engine placement can vary depending on the specific transmission and header combination used.
