This universal 2-port oil catch can is a high-performance air-oil separator designed to protect your engine by capturing oil mist and moisture from the PCV or CCV system. Constructed from durable black anodized aluminum, the tank features an internal baffle system to effectively condense oil vapors before the air is recirculated into the intake. The kit includes the baffled reservoir, two barbed hose fittings, O-ring seals, and mounting hardware, making it an essential upgrade for maintaining engine cleanliness and preventing carbon buildup.

Instructions:

1. Identify a secure mounting location in the engine bay that allows for easy access to the drain plug and remains clear of high-heat sources.
2. Install the provided O-rings onto the two barbed fittings and screw them into the ports labeled “IN” and “OUT” on the top of the can.
3. Connect the hose from the PCV valve or crankcase vent to the “IN” port of the catch can.
4. Connect a second hose from the “OUT” port of the catch can back to the intake manifold or air intake pipe.
5. Secure the catch can using the provided mounting screws and ensure all hose clamps are tightened to prevent vacuum leaks.

Precaution:

Regularly check and drain the accumulated oil from the reservoir to prevent overflow into the intake system and ensure all fittings remain airtight.
