Description

This universal 13-row oil cooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy to provide efficient cooling for engine oil or transmission fluid. The stacked-plate design features a durable black finish and includes AN10 main ports with interchangeable 6AN and 8AN adapters to fit a wide variety of custom automotive plumbing configurations.

Instructions:

1. Identify a high-airflow mounting location, such as in front of the vehicle’s radiator or AC condenser.
2. Mount the cooler securely to the chassis using the integrated side brackets and appropriate hardware.
3. Select the silver 6AN or 8AN adapters if your existing lines are not compatible with the native AN10 ports.
4. Apply a small amount of oil to the fitting O-rings and thread them into the top of the cooler, tightening firmly with a wrench.
5. Connect your inlet and outlet hoses, start the vehicle, and check all connections for leaks while the system is under pressure.

Precaution:

Ensure the cooler is mounted with sufficient clearance from hot exhaust manifolds or moving parts like cooling fans to prevent damage to the core or hoses.
