Instructions:

2. Insert the four provided silver screws through the clear plastic washers and into the mounting holes of the vehicle.
3. Use the included specialized triangle-head screwdriver tool to tighten the screws firmly until the frame is secure against the car.
4. Press the four black screw covers onto the plastic washers until they snap into place to hide the hardware and provide a clean finish.
5. Repeat the process for the second frame on either the front or rear of the vehicle.
