This 10-piece hardware kit features direct-replacement shift cable clips designed to securely lock the transmission shift cable to the gear selector bracket. Compatible with popular GM transmissions like the 4L60E, 4L80E, and Allison gearboxes, these high-strength black steel clips ensure reliable gear engagement and prevent cable disconnection caused by wear or vibration.

Instructions:

1. Locate the shift cable attachment point on the side of the transmission housing.
2. Remove any old or broken clip pieces from the selector stud using pliers.
3. Position the shift cable eyelet onto the transmission gear selector lever stud.
4. Slide the new black steel clip into the grooved slot on the selector stud until it snaps firmly into place.
5. Gently tug on the cable to confirm it is fully retained and verify smooth shifting from inside the cabin.

Precaution:
