PQY Universal Inline Fuel Filter – 60 Micron with 1/8 NPT Port – Black

Description

This compact inline fuel filter is CNC-machined from billet aluminum and designed to protect high-performance fuel systems from harmful contaminants. The black anodized housing features a 60-micron internal filter element, dual AN6 male fittings for high-flow capacity, and a dedicated 1/8 NPT top port for easy installation of a fuel pressure gauge or sensor.

Instructions:

1. Identify a secure mounting location along your fuel feed line away from moving suspension parts.
2. Mount the filter housing to the vehicle chassis using the integrated base bracket and two mounting bolts.
3. Connect your AN6 fuel hoses to the male-to-male adapter fittings on either side of the filter body.
4. If monitoring pressure, remove the center Allen-head plug and install a 1/8 NPT gauge or sensor into the top port.
5. Periodically unscrew the end caps to inspect and clean the 60-micron filter element to ensure unrestricted fuel flow.

Precaution:

Ensure the Allen-head port plug is tightened with thread sealant if a gauge is not used to prevent high-pressure fuel leaks.
