Description

This CNC-machined aluminum oil catch can is specifically designed for BMW N54 engines to prevent oil vapor from entering the intake tract. The kit features a black anodized reservoir, durable silicone radiator hoses, and high-quality hose clamps to improve engine longevity and maintain peak performance.

Instructions:

1. Mount the oil catch can in a secure, accessible location within the engine bay using the provided mounting bracket and screws.
2. Measure and cut the included black silicone hoses to the appropriate lengths for your specific engine configuration.
3. Connect one hose from the PCV vent to the inlet port and the other from the outlet port back to the intake system.
4. Slide the provided worm-gear hose clamps over the connection points and tighten them securely to ensure a leak-proof seal.
5. Periodically unscrew the base of the tank to drain collected oil and residue.

Precaution:

Ensure all hose connections are airtight to prevent vacuum leaks and check the reservoir levels regularly to avoid overfilling.
