PQY 6-Port Vacuum Block Intake Manifold Kit – 1/8 NPT – Red

Description

This CNC-machined aluminum vacuum manifold provides a centralized distribution point for boost and vacuum sources on turbocharged or supercharged engines. The kit features a red anodized finish, one large primary port, and six 1/8 NPT ports to reliably connect accessories like wastegates, boost gauges, and fuel pressure regulators.

Instructions:

1. Mount the vacuum block to a flat surface in the engine bay using the two provided silver bolts and nuts.
2. Connect your main vacuum source from the intake manifold to the large port on the end of the block.
3. Install the red barbed fittings into the side ports for any vacuum-operated accessories you need to connect.
4. Seal any unused ports by installing the provided black threaded grub screws to maintain system pressure.
5. Secure all vacuum lines to the barbed fittings with zip ties or clamps to prevent them from blowing off under high boost.

Precaution:

Use thread sealant on all NPT fittings to ensure a leak-proof seal, as vacuum leaks will negatively impact engine performance and tuning.
