PQY Inline High-Flow Fuel Filter – 100 Micron Stainless Steel Element – Black

Description

This high-performance inline fuel filter is CNC-machined from billet aluminum and compatible with E85, ethanol, and gasoline. It features a washable 100-micron stainless steel mesh element to protect your injectors from debris and includes two 8AN adapters and a rubber-lined mounting bracket for a secure, vibration-resistant installation.

Instructions:

1. Place the rubber-lined silver bracket around the black filter body and secure it to the vehicle chassis using the provided hardware.
2. Install the two black 8AN male-to-male adapter fittings into the threaded inlet and outlet ports of the filter housing.
3. Connect your fuel lines to the 8AN fittings, ensuring the flow follows the direction intended for your fuel system layout.
4. To clean the filter, unscrew the end caps to access and wash the internal 100-micron stainless steel mesh element.
5. Reassemble the housing, ensuring the internal seals are properly seated to prevent high-pressure fuel leaks.

Precaution:

Always relieve fuel system pressure before installation and check all connections for leaks immediately after priming the fuel pump.
