Description

This three-piece set of M-Color grille inserts is specifically designed for the 7-beam kidney grilles of the BMW X5 (F15, 2014–2018) and X6 (F16, 2015–2017). These durable ABS plastic clips—featuring the iconic light blue, dark blue, and red “M” colors—snap directly onto the grille beams to provide an instant racing-inspired aesthetic.

Instructions:

1. Identify the side of the kidney grille with the first three beams closest to the center of the vehicle.
2. Clean the grille beams thoroughly to ensure they are free of dirt and debris before installation.
3. Snap the light blue clip onto the fourth beam of the grille, counting from the driver’s side.
4. Follow with the dark blue clip on the fifth beam and the red clip on the sixth beam.
5. Ensure each trim piece is firmly seated and clicks into place to prevent it from falling off while driving.

Precaution:

These inserts are only compatible with the standard 7-beam factory kidney grilles; they will not fit grilles with a different number of beams or aftermarket “double-slat” styles.
