Description

This heavy-duty quick-connect kit provides a secure, waterproof power connection for vehicles, boats, and winches. Supporting 4-1/0 AWG wire and 12V–36V systems, the 175A connectors feature integrated mounting brackets and protective flip-caps to shield the terminals from moisture and debris.

Instructions:

1. Strip the ends of your 4-1/0 AWG power cables and insert them into the provided silver terminal lugs.
2. Crimp or solder the terminals securely to the wires, then slide them into the back of the red Anderson plug until they click into place.
3. Secure the black mounting bracket to your vehicle’s surface using the provided black mounting screws.
4. Attach the red connector to the mounting bracket using the silver screws through the top of the housing.
5. Snap the protective cap over the connector opening when not in use to maintain a waterproof seal.

Precaution:

Ensure all electrical connections are properly insulated and tightened to prevent overheating or short circuits under high-amperage loads.
