Description

This heavy-duty 19mm bow shackle is engineered for vehicle recovery and towing, offering a working load limit of 4.75 tons. It features a high-strength galvanized steel body and a signature red powder-coated threaded pin for easy identification and corrosion resistance.

Instructions:

1. Inspect the shackle body and red threaded pin for any visible cracks or deformities before use.
2. Unscrew the red pin by turning the textured head counter-clockwise to open the shackle.
3. Pass the shackle through your recovery strap loop or the dedicated recovery point on your vehicle.
4. Reinsert the red pin and turn it clockwise until it is fully seated.
5. Back the pin off approximately half a turn after tightening to prevent it from seizing under heavy load.

Precaution:

Never exceed the 4.75-ton load limit and ensure the red pin is fully engaged before applying tension to avoid equipment failure.
