Description

This blue adjustable fuel pressure regulator kit allows for precise tuning of fuel delivery between 3 and 70 PSI. It features a high-flow design with an AN8 feed port and an AN6 return port, making it suitable for both naturally aspirated and forced induction performance applications.

Instructions:

1. Mount the Regulator: Secure the blue regulator housing to a stable surface in the engine bay using the integrated mounting bracket.
2. Connect the Fuel Lines: Attach your main fuel supply line to the AN8 feed port and the return-to-tank line to the AN6 return port.
3. Install the Gauge: Thread the provided pressure gauge into the front NPT port to monitor real-time fuel pressure.
4. Setup Vacuum Reference: Connect a vacuum line from your intake manifold to the small side nipple to allow the regulator to adjust pressure based on engine load.
5. Adjust the Pressure: Loosen the lock nut on top and turn the adjustment screw while the fuel pump is running to set your desired base pressure between 3 and 70 PSI.
6. Swap Springs if Needed: If your pressure requirements change significantly, utilize the two additional included springs to modify the regulator’s effective range.

Precaution:
